This abstract describes an in vitro study of an intrapulmonary percussive ventilation system attached in-line to a ventilator. An intubated mannequin was used to collect measurements for assessing of CFHO. This system was successful in generating significant changes in flow/pressure and in generating chest "wiggle" factor
